Dear IMCG member,
It is with regret that a decision has been made to postpone the Field Symposium which was to be hosted in Rwanda and Uganda, East Africa. This being due to the current breakout of Ebola, with several institutions instructing participants not to attend, for insurance reasons. We hope to reschedule the trip to take place in February 2027 and further details will be communicated once plans are more definite. You are warmly invited to attend the biennial IMCG General Assembly meeting, now an online event being held on Microsoft Teams – please click on this link to register.

- Board Member Elections – under 9.7 of the
IMCG Constitution: Members of the Main Board shall normally be appointed for a period of no more than three terms. All current Board members can maintain their place on the Board for the upcoming term. However, it is seen as good practice to offer up places on the Main Board for those eligible candidates who may be interested in becoming a Board member.
If you wish to be nominated for election, please follow the instructions under Article 9.1 of the constitution.
